Let's Start 'Concept Explained' Threads

We all do lots of searches on Google for reading about concepts.
These concepts can be related to anything, right from complex terms that appear in our books, technical jargon or even the terms that are explained to us but not in a simplified and orderly format.

We need a place where we can share our ideas and thoughts about these concepts. And CE is here.
Everyone at CE is good at at least one subject related to their engineering trade/branch. Let's start threads explaining different concepts related to them.

For eg: 'Dijkstra Algorithm - Concept Explained'. That simple. 😀

I am sure most of the CEans are good at explaining.
Let's begin. What say?

Moreover, if someone after seeing a particular 'concept explained' thread feels that, he/she could explain it better, Just do the Good Deed. Instead of criticizing the person who wrote it in first place, you can write a better explanation. 😀

@akd: it is clear as soon as possible i will start a thread about machines concept but need time to explain them
but i am still in confuse to start it with or not because machines concept is very easy
so i am thinking about on which topic i can start my first one
but in my view my first thread should be rock so i am thinking on which to be started

PS: The main reason is, I had to find out some way to pass my time in the office, where no social network is allowed. But I got a great chance to interact with a big team of Techies! Awesome!!! 😀 Hope TCS doesn't block this site! 😛

I meant to say a stable, proper internet connection. Written, "Trying hard to find SOMETHING GOOD".
It musst be clear from my recent post, the number of typos it had, I am writing from mobile and I am not very used to touch screen. So untl I find broadband, I will be rare in here.
This is just gprs, not even 3G. So using it on computer is just a dream.
