Lenovo Vibe B, a budget 4G LTE smartphone, has recently been spotted by a third party Mumbai based retailer, Mahesh Telecom which has confirmed the availability of this device in India. The phone is a mid-budget smartphone and features Android 6.0 Marshmallow as OS. Though there is no confirmation from Lenovo about the launch of this device in India, the following are some of its features which were obtained from the Lenovo’s UK website –

The phone features a rectangular design and has a dimension of 132.5 x 66 x 9.9 mm. It has a 4.5 inch long touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The phone comes in two color variants namely - Matte Black and Matte White and will come at a price of Rs 5,799.

The device conceals a Quad Core MediaTek MT673635M 64 bit processor that beats at 1 GHz clock speed. With 1 GB of RAM and an internal memory of 8 GB, the device further supports expandable memory up to 32 GB via micro SD. Camera wise, the phone has a 5 MP primary camera with LED flash to support low light photography. It also has a front facing 2 MP camera for capturing selfies.

Connectivity options are also pretty decent as the phone supports 4G LTE. It supports 3G connectivity, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB tethering, etc. as well and comes with a 3.5 mm headphone jack for FM and audio accessibility. The phone is powered by a 2000 mAh battery which delivers 11.3 hours of talk time and 7.3 days of standby on 4G.

Hence, at a price of Rs 5,799, the phone seems to offer mediocre specs but a long standby time. Because of no official release, there is no mention about the launch and availability of this device. However, it is expected to soon be available for sale via online e-commerce websites.
