Lenovo ThinkStation E31 For Professionals Who Need More Power & Performance

The ThinkStation comes in two variants of Mini-Tower and Small Form Factor (SFF) both of which have choices for the latest 3rd Generation Intel Core i7 processor or the Intel Xeon Processor E3. These workstations are meant to be powerful enough to be desktop replacement for professionals in need for more power and performance.

These workstations feature 1600 MHz DDR3 memory with a new Error Correcting Code functionality giving a freedom from memory failures. These entry level workstations provide options for powerful graphics from Intel or NVIDIA Quadro series along with huge storage capabilities of 9TB in the mini-tower model and 6TB in the SFF. Connectivity options also includes the latest USB 3.0 over the USB 2.0 providing faster data transfer rates. The workstation comes preloaded with Windows 7 Professional with support for applications from Independent Software Vendors.

The ThinkStation E31 offers up to 92 percent energy efficiency with certifications from GREENGUARD and EPEAT Gold among others. Priced at around $629 for the starting models, these workstations will be available from early June.
