From the title, we can deduce that we can learn 'Syntax' of C in 5 hours and if possible write some simple programs.
But then this is how advertisment works.. When I began programing, I was misled to use such books. In the long run, it took me more time to develop and understand concepts by using such books than if I had referred reference books.
There is a real good essay by Peter Norvig <a href="https://norvig.com/21-days.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Teach Yourself Programming in Ten Years</a> and is a must read for programmers of all skills.
