Lava Iris Fuel 20 Announced At INR 5,399; Specs and Features

The Indian mobile manufacturer, Lava has added another handset to its Iris series of smartphone named- Iris Fuel 20. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 5,399 and will be available in retail outlets and leading e-commerce portals across India from next week. The company claims that the Iris Fuel 20 is designed to meet the needs of users who are heavy smartphone users and are looking for a device with astounding battery life that lets them utilize the phone through the day and more. Earlier, the company had announced the Iris Fuel 50 and Iris Fuel 60 at a slightly higher price.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the phone flaunts a 5-inch display with FWVGA 854x480 resolution and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB internal storage, expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. The device sports a 5MP rear snapper with LED flash, 4x digital zoom and high quality Omni Vision sensor and a VGA front-facing camera that supports video calling with support for HD video playback. Connectivity options include 2G, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi, however the phone does not feature 3G connectivity. The USP of this phone is its huge 4,400mAh battery that promises to deliver 42 hours of talk time, 13 hours of video playback and 35 hours of music playback. It will be available in White and Metallic grey colors and also bundles a free flip cover.

    Lava Iris Fuel series is getting serious eyes because of their strong battery power; this phone is no exception and giving 4400 mAh in merely 5400 bucks.

    I wish there could have been a better processor... at-least a quad core
