    Optical Fiber uses Laser to transmit message for a range of about 10 to 20 km.

    High energy I can't get what you mean by that
    E=hv
    h=planck Constant
    v=Frequency of light.

    Radio waves higher frequency than light So they can carry Energy longer than that of LASER
