Kinect + C# Make Your Boring PPTs Rock

Let's face it: No matter how hard you work on your power point slides; they just suck and can't keep your colleagues awake for more than 10 minutes. However, Haruki Maeda from Meiji University has a fix for you - he can insert you in the presentation and let you actually play with the text & graphics in your slides so that your audience have an incentive to stay awake and actually pay attention. It just took some smart C# programming and Microsoft Kinect SDK to achieve the hack, which we think is totally cool.

The hack allows you to actually play with text and graphics, zoom it with your hand gestures and even push text out of screen. Mr. Maeda saya that the graphics coordinates are stored in Excel to achieve the effects. Now we want you to check out the video demonstration by Mr. Maeda. We're curious to know how are you planning to use this hack in your office - and possible ways to take your Kinect inside your office without getting caught.
