Karbonn Mobiles is trying its best to keep up with the competition. Earlier this month they partnered with Airtel to offer their smartphones with bundled carrier offers at dirt cheap prices and today they have teased their new smartphone on Twitter. The official Karbonn Mobiles handle on Twitter has put up details of the Yuva 2 along with the product link on their website. The Karbonn Yuva 2 is expected to be a budget offering targeted at the youth. The pricing and availability information are still awaited. As we await the official information, let’s check out the features of the Karbonn Yuva 2.

The Karbonn Yuva 2 will be sold in Black, Blue and Champagne colour variants. The Karbonn Yuva 2 has a polycarbonate body and curved edges to make it an easier fit for your hands. As expected from most smartphones in the budget category, the Karbonn Yuva 2 has a 5inch IPS panel display with an HD resolution. Underneath the hood, we have an unspecified chipset that houses a 1.25GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. This setup can handle the preinstalled Android Nougat operating system. The Karbonn Yuva 2 has an internal memory of 16GB and you can use microSD cards of up to 128GB to expand the storage.

The Karbonn Yuva 2 has a 5MP LED flash equipped camera on the rear and a 3.2MP selfie camera on the front. The Karbonn Yuva 2 is powered by a 2250mAh battery that is claimed to offer talk time of up to 8 hours on 2G and standby time of 180 hours after a 3 hour charging. The connectivity options included on the Karbonn Yuva 2 are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and microUSB. The Karbonn Yuva 2 also supports VoLTE. The Karbonn Yuva 2 measures 144 x 72 x 10 mm and weighs 170 grams.
