Job seeking Civil engineer with backlogs

Hi everyone...!
I am an civil engineering final year student with some backlogs I am an civil engineering final year student with some backlogs.And a can clear them so easily now.ok now coming to the point,i want to do a job on this civil engineering and I have a good Communication skills and can speak Hindi , English,telugu languages and I am dropping my resume down here ..so please guys I need a job after this semester so guys help me to find some jobs and so I will attend interviews and one thing buddies i am a newbie fresher having no work experience at all but am a good challenger and group leader so please guys any budy give me some references...thank you for reading this..
