ah yes, the mega composer. My favorite A. R. Rahman film song was done for a Tamil film.

Personally I didn't like the song. Rahman has done much better work and there were better songs in other movies than this song.

yep, that was very true.. Many other films had much better songs and music than this one. Not mean to say slumdog was not good, however!! but still..

It does take a foreigner for our talent to be recognised and acknowledged..

It is true...He is best Composer...However I am not much satisfied with the slumdog song...

I think Like me and most of the people in india, This JAI HO song does not fit into A R rahman's best ever creations. May be this song A R rahman would himself rate in somewhere arround 700th best of his.

Its just that , this is the first one that got noticed worldwide. Other wise his other MAGICAL masterpieces deserve more appreciation.

I think rahman's best song so far in his carrier has been from the movie guru.Even rahman himself said that the song was composed in his dreams while he was asleep.other good one is vande matram album.jai ho doesn't stand anywhere near to these songs
