    I want to know what are roles in IT or Product based companies for long term onsite positions, I know it mostly depends on project length but are there any specific positions where length of onsite stay is long term?

    I am working in a decent company with 7+ yr of experience as a developer.From may 2017 to Dec 2017 i was in my ML.jan 2018 i joined but not yet allocated in any project.many people suggesting me that i can join other company rather then wasting time here.bit confuse,whats ur say??

    Better talk to your management and understand whats there for you in next few months and decide. Or else you can also switch to another project (If possible).. But changing or not completely depends on your skill set + opportunities + Interest + All others obligations. So Ideally I think you need to decide what to do!
