ISRO exam for electronics

On 21th of this month, I have ISRO exam for electronics. I don't have much knowledge in electronics field. I need your help CE-ans.

Question 1.
If a counter having 10 FFs is initially at 0, what count it will hold after 2060 pulses?

10 FFs(flip flop) means 2^10 states.
at 1024 clk pulse the counter preset to initial value . so 2060-(1024*2)=12 clk remaining
binary eqv. of 12 -- (0000 1100) in 8-bit format

If anything needs modification pls suggest.

The exam was easy for EC students( my friend said). For me , it was quite difficult. the questions were asked from control system, dsp , digital logic circuits , linear integrated system etc... and problems from maths...
