isansys lifecare: Remote Health Monitoring

Isansys Lifecare, the Oxfordshire based startup company is bringing complete lifecare solutions to the market. The company has developed solutions to monitor patient's physiology and share that data in encrypted format with the relevant medical professionals and doctors. Isansys has developed the new solutions incorporating the existing techniques like ultra low power consuming wireless sensors and software. The development team has focused on 'keep it simple' principle while working on their offerings so that anyone can use them, without needing technical know-how.

The wearable health-monitor measures various parameters like electrocardiography, respiration rate, temperature, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels. These parameters are very essential in monitoring patients with chronic disorders and those with high risk of heart attacks. The monitor connects to a gateway, processes the data and then distributes it to the authorized people.  In order to tackle the privacy and security related issues that may arise during sharing of this data, isansys has developed encryption mechanisms to encode the data during transfer. The company is in the process of performing clinical trials before bringing the products to the market.

Isansys hope to keep the engagement between the doctors and the patients without the patient being physically present in the clinic.

I believe these advancements in remote health monitoring would lead to revolution in lifecare. A real-time monitor equipped with GPS, connected to emergency services could be the way to future where the emergency services will be alerted few minutes in advance about the possible emergency situations for a patient, and help them take quicker actions.
