<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vb2lWWBiErc&NR=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">- YouTube</a>

This video is not vulgar, they are not doing anything wrong.
And the uttarakhand govt is setting an inquiry over this.

I think there are a lot more things happening in our country to think about....what do you say ppl....

Illegal?: Of course not. To the best of my knowledge, there's no law that says such activities are illegal.

In my opinion, people are are just going insane in the name of being 'open minded'.

This cannot be named "Illegal", but what in the name of socialising?
Better you would have kissed in public!
These idiotic geniuses (sorry, but this is the truth, no hard feelings please) think this is ok?
When are they going to grow up? What do they think of themselves!
This is sheer publicity! Who did take this video? It must be some IITan.
And even Indian girls are ready to get involved in all these kinds of nonsense?
What happened to the Bhartiya Nari concept?
Ok, you can do anything in your personal life, but you mustn't expose it people!
Humans ARE social animals! You can't live without people like family members, your friends etc. Didn't these people think of their parents at-least! Why are these people shattering the image of all the Indian Girls? I would call the event as the "Annual Meet of Perverts in IIT"
P.S.- I never meant to hurt the people who are not involved in this thing. Fellow IITians of these people, kindly understand the fact that I never meant to abuse any one of you, I meant to convey this message to only those involved in this! I want only those people to fry in hell, not you!
    Thank you and sorry!

An unskilled worker blames his tools-rightly said!
These people did it and are blaming the media for bringing it out!
If the media doesnt bring it out, then these kind of OBSCENE acts will increase day by day! I personally thank the media for bringing it out. They didn't fill their 24 hours gap with some non-sense! What they did is sense.

No it isn't illegal. But why is the Haryana government getting involved. The last I knew, Roorkee was in Uttrakhand.
Media has been known to sensationalise things. So it may not have been as bad as it looks. As the saying goes, "Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear."

Hi AJ i disagree on this, personally i feel they did nothing wrong, it was just a game nothing else. Media just created hype as before on silly things and no double view, this is cent percent true. And i really feel concept of bhartiya nari should not be bought here, every year groups like ram dal, hanuman dal, shiv sena and manse beat girls in public or in their own hostels (even tear down their cloths)and such matter hardly come in light(may be due to politics) but evrybody knows it happens and we always forget to bring any concept like bharat k mard. In India we always point our fingers towards women only but that is nothing but a indirect discrimination among men and women and believe though you don't want to, that happens like this, wheater she becomes victim or subject. And if really Indian media felt that was wrong and said, "Khaha gayi bhartiya nari ki sharm" on everything, we atleast want somebody say, "Kaha gayi bharat k mardo ki mardangi" on things which people do on name of god. They did nothing vulgur and their is nothing in this world ever stats what they did was wrong.

I think this is debate should not be based upon whether it's right or wrong. Everyone will have their own opinion about it so there will never be any conclusion and we'll head to an infinite pointless debate.

If someone runs on the streets naked, it might be right for some people and wrong for others. However, it's a fact that people do insane things in the name of culture, relition and 'open mindedness'. That's my opinion though. 😀

There's however a test that can help decide 'whether to do insane thing' - and it's called "mommy test". "Will this act make my mom proud of me?" - if the answer is yes, do it. If no, your take! 😁

I am still puzzled that somebody was involved this type of act (dont know right or wrong) and here all the engineers are involved in tearing this apart? why,, i do not know?

I am really fail to understand that on a engineering forum, why we are discussing this type of news which will create un-necessary fuss.

No hard feelings for anybody. Still plz no more posts on this particular thread.
