    But I think we should stick to a similar set of smileys as the codes for them can become complicated to use.

    It can't be that much complicated, i had seen lots of smiley set to express emotions and the code is also easy like :hatsoff: 😁 :bye: :superb: :claps: these all are easy to remember too.

    The first, second and the fifth smilies are similar to the set of smilies we are now using on the forum.
    It'd be good if we could have them. 😀
