Is India loosing its Workmanship?

So many foreign companies hiring all our talented IITians. But our Indian public and private companies were not utilizing our own talent. IIT is Indian Institute of Technology. But working for Foreign countries?? Students from IIT becoming scientists and working for NASA, and other foreign organizations.
Why? Do India not encouraging talent? Or not able to efford those Talent?? Or outsourcing to foreign???

I feel that companies in India are not able to afford those talents.Every Indian will have a mindset to serve for the nation. But the present day situations are making them to move out of country.

Here in India.....workmen outscores work availability....Blaming the nation may the easier option but to overcome this, every job seeker must turn into a job provider....
PS:This may be hard to realize...but it can avoid future outsourcings

Manoj Kiran,What u have said is right. The talented students are not provided with the enough amount of reward...So they are going abroad to fill their hard work with pleasures...If that is given in india ,then no one will leave india.
