With greater adoption of IT in India, I believe Cyber Law specialists will be in demand in future. However, I'd recommend entering this field only after reviewing and understanding the career it offers. Go for it 'only if' you like it and find it exciting.graphiteHi..

#-Link-Snipped-# - As far as I know LLB/ BL has a long list of specializations. They have Internet law as a specialization. But I think Cyber law is not available. Not sure though.AbraKaDabraPG Diploma in Cyber Laws are getting quite popular these days. And rightfully so, owing to the drastic increase in the number of cyber-crimes committed in the country over the recent times. Once a friend has asked if one has to have a degree in law to do specialization in cyber law. I have no answer to that question. Anyone?

LL.B/BL is a undergraduate degree and LL.M/ML is a post graduate degree. So we B.Tech people have to do LLB and then LLM to get post graduate degree.AbraKaDabraSo can't computer science or IT engineers opt for a post graduation course in Cyber Law?

Actually one has to do LLB to do practice as an Advocate. So doing diploma in Cyber Law won't allow you to practice as an advocate in the courts. Now the other options available are cyber law consultants, traffic annalists Intelligence officers etc. You can see the Cyber law scope more in government than in private. Because most of the departments IB, NIA, CBI, NIC are looking for cyber law candidates for scientific officers, Intelligence officers, technical officers, Assistant Central Intelligence officers etc etc. What else do you need to know?
