IRCTC booking problem

i m having vista home premium with IE7, while booking rail ticket in irctc site, upon reaching page where passenger details given, there is a GO button, after presssing that, payment option starts

but in my computer, no progress after pressing GO button,
popup no message, no activity
i tried by deactivating popup blocker also, but no result
pl help me
