iPhone 5 Will Support 4G LTE, Says WSJ

The next iPhone (iPhone 5) will be unveiled to the world on September 12. While their have been several blurrycam leaks, the mystery around the phone remains. According to #-Link-Snipped-#, the iPhone 5 will support 4G LTE networks all over the world including US, Europe and Asia. 4G LTE networks are the fastest mobile wireless networks available at present offering data transfer speeds up to 300 Mbps . The move will help Apple get rid of the competitive danger and allow the carriers around the world to offer the best and the latest technology to growing base Apple iPhone customers. Apple's biggest rival in the smartphone and tablet domains, Samsung has already began offering 4G LTE supported mobile devices globally.

WSJ however mentions that the 4G LTE may not be supported on all the networks and there's no clear information available on which couriers will be dropped. We'll know the details in the next few days as Apple unveils the new iPhone 4 in San Francisco. Stay tuned for updates.
