iOS5 Update => Wi-Fi Issues In iPhone, iPad. What?
While you're happy showing off your latest iOS 5 update to your family and friends and explaining how the 'split' keyboard is now allowing you to do some real work, few of the unwanted problems might have crawled into your device. The iOS 5 did bring lot of goodies to the iDevices; however lot of #-Link-Snipped-# about Wi-Fi connectivity issues across iOS 5 upgraded devices include iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 3GS, iPad etc. The WiFi related problems possibly induced by iOS 5 update include inability to connect to the Wi-Fi, frequent disconnections and significant loss in the reception of signal. The exact nature of the problem isn't known yet and the problem seems to be affecting only a small number of users. We've upgraded our iPad to iOS 5.0.1 already but haven't noticed the problem so far.

iOS 5 Update & Wi Fi Problems: What's Going On?
Some of the users have reported that they were able to solve the problem by reverting back to iOS 4.3 and reproduced it by updating again to iOS 5. Our best guess is that the problem exists only for selected versions of the devices. It's also being reported that 5.0.1 update does not address the problem and Apple is officially yet to comment on the issue. If you have been experiencing issues with your Apple device after the update, you aren't alone - that's all we know for the time being. We're curious to know whether you are experiencing issues with Wi-Fi after update. Mention your device details (Ex. iPad 2, Â 32GB, Problem: ?) so that we can find a common link.
