科学发展，人才为本；人才成长，平台为基。近年来，中央及上海重点推进创新复合、紧缺高端人才队伍开发，相继出台“中央千人计划”和“上海千人计划”，吸引了一批紧缺急需的海外高层次人才。为进一步加快当前国资国企发展层级与速度，加强引进人才的力度，由上海市委组织部、市人社局、市国资党委、市国资委联合举办了首批上海市国资系统引进海外高层次人才需求目录信息发布会。
作为“世博会志愿者职业发展服务计划”的承办单位，东浩人力资源（DHR）再次被指定成为此次海外高层次人才引进项目的人力资源服务机构。

Inviting talented professionals to work in Shanghai
We advocate scientific development through taking care of talented people; we promote the growth of talented people by providing the suitable nurturing environment. China Central Government and Shanghai Municipal Government have been given impetus to the team build of overseas talented people who are characterized to be initiative and creative; who are also specialized in the areas of skill shortage. In recent years, “China Central Government Thousand Talents Plan” and “Shanghai Thousand Talents Plan” have been introduced consecutively, in attempt to attract talented people from overseas, who are mostly-needed domestically.
In order to speed up the pace and improve the level of current development and reform of state-owned enterprises, as well as to stride further to attract talented people from overseas, the Press Conference was held to release “1st Catalogue of Vacancies” for Overseas Talented Professionals required by subordinate enterprises of Shanghai SASAC. This Conference was jointly hosted by Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, CCP Committee of Shanghai SASAC and Shanghai SASAC.
As the Organizer of “Career Development Service Program for Expo Shanghai Volunteers”, DHR has been assigned again to be the Human Resources Agency for this recruitment project of overseas talented professional people.
