Intex Cloud Scan FP Sufaces Online With Android Marshmallow & Fingerprint Sensor For Rs. 3999

Intex has been the company to launch cheap smartphones with fingerprint sensor. First it was the Aqua Secure, next in line was the Cloud String HD followed by the recent launch of Aqua S2. Today it has unveiled its cheapest smartphone with fingerprint sensor called the Cloud Scan FP. As the name is quite obvious the FP stands for fingerprint and Intex makes a big deal about providing a fingerprint sensor in a smartphone for Rs. 3999. The fingerprint sensor, as expected lies just below the rear camera and can be used to unlock the smartphone and apps.

Intex Cloud Scan FP

The Intex Cloud Scan FP sports a 5inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) resolution display. The display has a pixel density of 196ppi and the screen to body ratio is 70%. Underneath the hood we have a Spreadtrum SC7731 chipset just like on the Aqua S2 that houses a 1.2GHz quad-core A7 CPU, Mali 400 MP2 GPU and 1GB of RAM to Android Marshmallow. The internal memory on the Intex Cloud Scan FP stands at 8GB out of which 5.21GB remains vacant for the user. The microSD card slot gobbles up cards of up to 32GB.

When it comes to cameras on the Intex Cloud Scan FP we have a 5MP camera on the rear with LED flash and a 5MP camera on the front. The Intex Cloud Scan FP is powered by a 2450mAh battery that is claimed to offer 110 hours of standby and 5 hours of talk time. The connectivity options on the Intex Cloud Scan FP are Wi-Fi, microUSB and Bluetooth. The sole sensor on the Intex Cloud Scan FP is the G-Sensor. The preloaded apps on the smartphone are Matrabhasha, FOTA, DailyHunt, Saavn, QR code, LFTY, Intex service, Fillr and QTouch. The Intex Cloud Scan FP will be sold in Champagne and Dark Blue colour variants.
