As it happens every week, Intex Technologies is out with yet another smartphone. The Intex Aqua Pro 4G appeared on the company’s website just a few hours ago and it will go on sale a few days from today. The Intex Aqua Pro 4G is an entry-level smartphone that costs just Rs. 5390 and comes with Android Marshmallow. It is in fact one of the few entry level smartphones with the relatively new operating system. The Intex Aqua Pro 4G sports a slightly smaller display of 4.5inches and FWVGA resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The pixel density of the screen stands at 217 and the bezel to screen ratio is around 63%.

The Intex Aqua Pro 4G has been equipped with a Spreadtrum SC9832A chipset that was seen earlier on the #-Link-Snipped-#. The SoC houses a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 CPU, Mali 400 GPU operating at 512MHz and 1GB of RAM. This setup can barely run Android Marshmallow that is installed on the smartphone. Intex Aqua Pro 4G has an internal memory of 8GB out of which 4.8GB remains vacant for customer use. You have the option of using a microSD card to expand the storage to up to 32GB. When it comes to cameras on the Intex Aqua Pro 4G we have a 5MP camera on the rear and a 2MP camera on the front. The Intex Aqua Pro 4G is capable of supporting Voice over LTE.

The connectivity options on the Intex Aqua Pro 4G include Wi-Fi, microUSB and Bluetooth. The sensor list on the Intex Aqua Pro 4G consists of only the G-Sensor. The preloaded apps include online software update, Matrabhasha, Saavn, Opera Mini, DailyHunt, News Point and LFTY. The Intex Aqua Pro 4G is powered by a 2000mAh battery that is claimed to provide 10 hours of talk time and 300 hours of standby. The Intex Aqua Pro 4G will be sold in Dark Blue and Champagne colour variants.
