Internship in Electrical Companies

Could someone please tell me how to get a good internship in a reputed electrical company ?? Does anyone know of some companies who are offering internships/ summer trainings this summer?
And how to apply for them???

    And are these trainings/internship paid?
    And do they provide good training or just for the sake of it?
