Installation problem in visual studio 2010 .

Hi friends! i have a problem in installing visual studio 2010 in window 7 64 bit , it shows a message which says "Set Up Failed" , i tried many times but it irritate me now , i have already installed visual studio 2008 but it do not have inbuilt mvc thats why i need to install visual studio 2010..... please help .....
