    i think the name's "Maze solver" buddy,

    and the specification and rules depend upon the particular competition u r entering into, maybe u can browse it's website,

    For the maze solver, (if it has walls) go for 'wall follower robot'.
    else (if it has lines on the ground) go for 'line-follower robot'.
