INDUSTRIAL POLLUTANT MONITORING USING PLC
Project Abstract / Summary : The main problem that our environment faces today is pollution,mainly in the industrial areas.our project focuses on this issue... We monitor the important pollutants in the industries (say CO,CO2) and their range with the help of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)...we also displays the pollutant range using PLC and indicates an alert when it exceeds a particular limit with the help of SCADA..
Why did you choose to work on this project topic : We think this project will be more helpful for industrialist and we thought of adding more inputs to the existing PLC in the industries rather having separate analysers for monitoring pollutants..Also We have good interest in PLC and we are sure this project will be more application related.
