India's solar power is on big deal with Areva.

Areva, the French energy major, is planning to invest nearly Rs 13,300 crore in India's solar
power generation. The company, which has bid for projects under the National Solar Mission programme, plans to put up 250 Mw capacity at four locations possibly in the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan,Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Talks have been going on with the respective governments regarding this.
