    RPM or speed of motor depends on load and back emf

    RPM or speed of motor depends on load and back emf
    if load voltage is increase will increase the RPM .....

    E=pi*z*n*p/(60*a)

    pi= phase
    z=no of conductor
    n/60= rpm
    p=no of poles

    Emf depends on Load current so if load increases load current increases and there by the speed varies in it

    Also we can use VFD's (variable frequency drives) to increase or decrease the RPM by varying the frequency.
    Synchronous speed=120*f/p
    f=frequency
    p=number of poles of the motor.
