can we increase the RPM of the motor ...... ?????? or the RPM is fixed ???? for induction motors

pi= phase
z=no of conductor
n/60= rpm
p=no of poles
Emf depends on Load current so if load increases load current increases and there by the speed varies in it -

Synchronous speed=120*f/p
f=frequency
p=number of poles of the motor.
