  • ARM based Chromebooks & low-speed Atom based Chromebooks had some concerns related to processing speed. So, Finally few good companies like HP,Acer & Asus are bringing out the new Chromebooks with Haswell processor.

    Processor was one of the reason why most laptop buyers never went for Chromebooks. There is also news on latest ARM based Chromebooks with Octa-core.

    I don't think Octa-core ARM Chromebooks can outperform Haswell, but if Haswell Chromebooks can run upto 9.5 hours in single charge, then ARM processors will be able to give you more juice than Haswell Chromebooks.
