Project Abstract / Summary : In Indian construction industry Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) are popular because of its
advantage such as better quality control, better workmanship and speed in construction process.
In RMC various type of admixture are used like plasticizers and super plasticizers. They
improve in concrete properties like increase in compressive strength, hardness, durability and
reduce cost, permeability, corrosion etc. Change in concrete property is proportional to the
amount and quality of the admixture used, and hence it is important to select the type and
amount of the admixtures to achieve desired concrete properties.
This project deals with improvement of properties of concrete by use of various dosage
of admixture to improve strength, change in setting time, workability etc. This project also
determines the technical efficiency & economic feasibility of using ready mix concrete
technology over the conventional on site concrete mixing techniques.
Why did you choose to work on this project topic : we trying to improvement in technical efficiency and concrete feasibility by use of admixture in ready mix concrete plant, we achive desirable result in this project and it is use in nearly future for better conctrting and our project one of the biggest achivement for this level so we try our best for solve problem in ready mix concrete plant releted to setting time ,strength,workability and other technical benefits
