Looks like this thread got unnoticed. Cloud computing is a bigger topic and you'll first have to figure out what exactly you want to build/develop related to cloud computing. You could try simulating a cloud using a software or build a visualization layer for hardware.imgopihelp!!!

The biggest problem I see with cloud 'hosting' is that the scaling isn't real time. Which means, if you want to extend available resources, you first have to take an instance down, expand it and bring it live. Try to solve this problem. It would be an interesting project.
