Earlier this month, iBall officially listed the Slide Brace X1 and now the Indian mobile manufacturer has added another tablet to its Slide-series by listing a new tablet- iBall Slide 1044 on its official website. However, there is no word on the availability and price details of this new iBall tablet but we expect it to be launched in the coming days.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the tablet flaunts a 10-inch display with a screen resolution of 1280x800 pixels, runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat and is most likely eligible for an update to Lollipop, but thatâs yet to be confirmed. It is equipped with a 1.83 GHz Intel Atom quad-core processor (Z3735G) which is a 64-bit, quad-core unit built on a 22nm die size and helps the processor remain relatively cool and sip battery power. Alongside 1GB of RAM (DDR3), there is an 8GB of built-in storage which is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card.
The device sports a 2-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, Mini-HDMI port and support for external 3G dongles since thereâs no cellular connectivity built-in. It also supports USB OTG and packs a 4000mAh battery with no word on talk time and standby time but one can expect around seven hours of activity on a single charge.
