I tried coding...learning but i couldn't make new programs on my own i can't crack the code

#-Link-Snipped-#- if you wish to be a software engineer, you will have to learn to code. Without that ability - I don't see a future for you in software engineering.
Thankfully, it's easy to learn by following online tutorials and courses. I'd recommend taking a programming course (C++ or Python).
If that doesn't help, try to take a course in Manual Testing, which should help you get a job.
