Iam wanna build a hybrid car about 500kgs gross wt ,2 seater, can sum1 plz help me out for the electric motor and the power pack(battery)...

It'll be an plug in hybrid with a 200cc petrol engine.
Iam thinking basically thinking of using an completely ripped off M-800 chasis.remove everything unnecessory to reduce its wt to abt 300 kgs.
Plz help abt motors from indian makers...
