Can i say like this

I did lots of hard work to get in your company & i am confident that you will definitely select me. I don't know any such reason to reject me. It would be better if you can tell me so that i can improve myself.

Guys, if further they ask to tell 2 reasons to reject then what should be best answer?

I don't think the HRs will ever reply giving you specific reasons why they rejected any specific candidate.

Not sure about your second question.
