HP Cloud - HP Introduces Its Cloud Services

Hewlett-Packard has just launched its cloud services private beta program. The cloud service is based on IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and HP is using its own hardware and software to provide the end-users with a developer-friendly web-based cloud service.

It has integrated OpenStack via HP’s easy to use, User Interface (UI) along with open REST (Representational State Transfer)-based APIs (application programming interfaces). This allows developers to use the HP cloud service as a platform and build their own application program interface.

We are provided with HP Cloud Compute which allows us to deploy secure, reliable compute instances on-demand and HP Cloud Object Storage which provides us with secure, scalable, and reliable online storage capacity on-demand. Object Storage is ideal for archival and back up, serving static content for web applications, and storage of large public or private data sets, such as online files and media.

Along with that, HP has announced full customer care support for its service, giving the users the option to interact with them through chat, e-mail, website or phone. If the cloud service is free and for how long has not been disclosed by HP yet.

Only limited space is available. You can sign up for HP cloud services #-Link-Snipped-#.
