How to retrieve my Notepad..?

  it may still be there.

  sfc /scannow
  
  place your Windows CD/DVD in the drive.

  Hi guys..!
  
  Unfortunately my brother deleted notepad.exe file. So, Now in my system, am not able to open my notepad files directly. I am opening through wordpad.
  And I cant create new notepad files...
  
  Is there any other chance to get my notepad again without rebooting...?

  I'll suggest the simplest solution.
  Go to any other windows computer and copy notepad.exe into your pen drive and paste it into the directory from where your brother deleted it.

  Actually what happened is : while scanning the system using super spyware, he came to know that notepad.exe was effected with spyware. So, while deleting all the scanned threats, he deleted that too. Now am not finding notepad.exe anywhere in my pc.
