    Did you mean a rechargable or single use dry cell? May be you should elaborate a bit more on what exactly are the plans.

    A single use dry cell can only be recharged by replacing he chemicals in the cell But rechargeable batteries can be recharged using suitable drivers

    it is difficult to recharge the single use battery because its internal chemical composition is different from chargeable battery. in chargeable battery different types of chemical/materials(NiCad (Nickel Cadmium),NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride),Lion (Lithium Ion)) are used for which chemical reaction can be reverse by applying external voltage .and battery produce energy by chemical reaction .but it is not possible in single use cell/battery.
