One common method is to use a dynometer. This will measure both hp and torque compared to rpm. Here is a lot of good introductory information on a dyno way better than I could type it out:

ya i do know that gohm.. but i wanted to know in detail about whether the dia of my crank will match the dyno or not? or i need to do some arrangements like coupling to couple both? -

That will totally depend on your motor and dyno used however most likely you will need a coupling device. Depending how percise, you can also use a belt or chain drive to transfer.
