How to increase your internet speed by 20 %.

1. go to START.
2. go to RUN.
3. type 'gpedit.msc'.
4. In configuration click 'Administrative Template'.
5. click 'Network'.
6. click 'QoS scheduler packet'.
7. double click 'Limit reservable bandwith'.
8. CHECKED radio button 'Enabled'.
9. modify Bandwidth from 20 to 0.
10. click Apply and Ok.
11. Restart your computer for implementing changes.

    But in my computer 'gpedit.msc' it will not open in run... it show some windows error.... I'm using windows 7
