How to get updates back on facebook?

Hey.....guys i have a problem not regarded to compute science,but something related to technology.

Actually in my facebook account i used to get updates from my friends about "Farm Ville".One day accidentally i hide one of the updates and instantly all the updates disappeared.Now i am not able to get those updates back.


Can anybody help me with this?....
