How to get current location of mobile?

  No one except the operator can tell you the position of the mobile until its not equipped with GPS. If you're talking about tracking mobile with phone number then its not possible due to obvious security reasons.
  
  Besides, the operator can only tell the area (based on the tower) where the cell phone is located. They cannot exactly pin point to a house or something. However, its technically possible to give estimated distance & direction of the cell phone from the tower but I don't know if the operators does that.
