    Many of them don't know how to find computer name. We want computer name to connect multiple PC's with a printer. And also somewhere your computer name will be used to connect into external devices. So here is the simple trick to find your computer name.

    Steps :

    1. Go to run and type cmd and hit enter. (WINDOWS key + R to open run).

    2. Now you will get the command prompt window like below.

    3. Then type "hostname" without quote and hit enter.

    4. Now you will see your computer name like "GANESH-PC".
