    i want to delete IObit advanced system care 5 but its not delete because one warning msg come that is the action can not be completed because this file is open in window explorer now how can i delete it file in my c drive........ already i uninstalled it in control panel.. i use window 7

    I dont understand one thing, first you're saying that you are unable to uninstall it & then you are saying that you removed via control panel 😕

    Just boot your computer in the safe mode and delete the stuff. Else, isolate the relevant process in your system task manager, kill it and then proceed with deleting files.

    i delete it in control panel but its one file cann't delete in c drive so i ask

    how can i start safe mode in running computer or start boot ??
