How Should We Attract More Working Engineers To CrazyEngineers?

At present, the split of engineering students and professional engineers visiting CE is roughly about 60:40. Ideally, I'd like it to be about 50:50. The more professional engineers come on CE and interact with each other, the more will be the overall value created on CE. It'll not only help students learn and interact with their seniors working in the industry and also help the professionals be in touch with their engineering base.

One way to do it, I believe is to address questions/problems/issues faced by working professionals. Also create a place on CE for them to shake hands with each other and discuss stuff they'd like to.

I welcome ideas from all of you on going forward with this and how/what to do.

i think like we are engaging with colleges .like we can also start with companies ...like they are conducting some time their Annual fest ..events .we can start with small firms and take this as a Pilot one.. and already working professional which are already in CE can spread atleast to their collegues and friends 😀

Well, that's a good idea, however companies seldom 'promote' their internal events like colleges, simply because they're meant only for their employees.

    Any other ideas?
