How can i backup my reminders in my calender of my moblie(NOKIA 3100c )

Im using NOKIA 3100c, i stored lots of imp dates like b days of my frnds etc in my calender

but through nokia pc suite i extracted the back up file

now i need to extract the information like phone contacts,calender date events stored in that abckup....

i used som software to extract it but only few data is being extracted thru that software...

frnds plz help me.. how to extract the data stored in my nokia 3110c backfile to a document of word format😡??

Recently i bought a new mobile of micromax q75 thus it is possible to add that backup (nokia 3100c) information in to my new mobile q75😁
