Once you know what you want to do and what you want to achieve, I think one knows the path - the steps one has to take to reach the ultimate.
It's like if you are preparing for an exam, to realize your full potential you have to study hard to appear number one and for that the right place and right time will be studying before hand and practicing well. -

Typically, if the work you are doing offers you complete satisfaction and fulfilment; you will definitely 'realise your full potential'. There are steps to do that; and I think I will write an article about it soon. -
