Housing.co.in Raises Funds To Add Features & Expand Presence
Housing.co.in is an interesting startup from Mumbai that shows you the homes available on rent on Google map. The site makes it incredibly easy to locate and find the details via Google Maps.
First you have to narrow down on the locality you're searching home in. Then the service will show you all the apartments available on rent in that area on Google Map. Once you click on the house of your choice - it will show you all the details, photos of the apartment.
The startup currently focuses on Mumbai and with the new funds it's raised from IIT & IIM alumni, hopes to expand to other cities. The rents in Mumbai are insanely high and a 2 BHK apartment (unfurnished) in the South Mumbai's Colaba area costs you a cool Rs. 60k per month! Ha!
