    I am currently working as automation tester from 1.5 years.Technologies used is Selenium and appium. How much hike should i expect during switching?

    In general people look for 30-50% hike. If your current package is very low and if you're jumping into some product company, you may even ask for 100% or more. This is only if your salary is very low.

    You haven't told us how much are you making right now. Hike would typically be decided based upon your current salary and average industry salary. It'd also depend upon specialisation / your skills and the company hiring - funded startups tend to offer a lot more over the conventional IT services companies.

    But as Prototype said, you should expect around 30% hike minimum.

    In general 35–50% hike from your current fixed pay and the way you negotiate with HR/Hiring Manager.
