In general people look for 30-50% hike. If your current package is very low and if you're jumping into some product company, you may even ask for 100% or more. This is only if your salary is very low.Are you sure? This action cannot be undone. -

You haven't told us how much are you making right now. Hike would typically be decided based upon your current salary and average industry salary. In general 35–50% hike from your current fixed pay and the way you negotiate with HR/Hiring Manager.
